How to order

Before placing your order, please view the size guide so you can determine your correct size. This is located in the top menu or alternatively on the chosen product.

Next go to “menswear” and select your product. Select the colour, size and quantity and press “add to shopping bag”. You may select another item by clicking back or continue and simply click “checkout”. “Checkout” is located on each product page or when you view your shopping bag.

Once you view your shopping bag and confirm your selection, press “continue to checkout”. Please carefully enter your details in the specified fields so we can make sure your purchases are delivered to the correct address. Once all details are entered press “proceed to payment” and enter your credit card details.


What happens next

After you place your order, an order confirmation appears in the same window. The confirmation includes an order number. It is a good idea to write down the number before closing your browser.
You will then receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order details. We will normally confirm your receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering.

We use Australia Post for deliveries within Australia and you should receive your order in approximately 5-7 working days. If we are unable to fulfill the order, we will notify you within 3 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item or a full refund.

Your parcel will be delivered to your address between 9am-5pm. If there is no one at the address, an Australian Post calling card will be left and your parcel will be delivered to your nearest post office where you will need to show identification and sign to pick it up.
