  2. How can I find out my size?

    • Please refer to the size guide on the Fletcher Jones Australia website.
  3. Do I need to be a Fletcher Jones Australia club member?

    • You do not need to be a member, but we recommend becoming a Fletcher Jones Australia club member to be kept up to date with exciting new products and special offers to club members.
  4. How do I pay for my order?

    • You will need a valid VISA, MasterCard or American Express to order. You will then receive email confirmation from Fletcher Jones Australia confirming the details of your purchase.
  5. How long will it take to receive my order?

    • Your will receive your order in approximately 5-7 working days.
      Orders placed before 12pm (AEST) will be dispatched the same day. Orders received over the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday. If your order has not arrived within that time, please email us at support@fletcherjones.com.au

  6. How much is delivery?

    • Spend $100 or more and receive free shipping within Australia. For orders under $100 it is a standard flat rate of $10 for postage and handling within Australia.
  7. What if the item I want to purchase is out of stock? 

    • If you have seen something you like we suggest that you order it straight away to avoid disappointment. However if the item is out of stock, please contact support@fletcherjones.com.au and we will be able to confirm if the item is going to be replenished.
  8. What is Fletcher Jones Australia’s returns policy?

    • Unwashed, unworn and unused goods may be returned by post within 28 days of receipt. All products must be returned in their original condition. The goods are to be packed in a secure box or satchel with a copy of the original invoice.
    • Customers will be responsible for all mail charges. We recommend that you return the goods via registered post. Fletcher Jones Australia will not be responsible for parcels that are lost or damaged in transit. Please allow 2 weeks from the day your return is posted for processing. We will notify you by email once your refund has been processed.
